The most innovative fleet management strategy will be awarded to an organisation that has demonstrated outstanding use of technology, organisational skills and fleet management skills. The organisation will be able to demonstrate environmental, economic and social benefits.
The most sustainable fleet management department award will be awarded to an organisation that has significantly reduced its carbon footprint and/or emissions, by innovative use of technology and organisational skills.
An award for the outstanding young professional, who has demonstrated a fantastic performance and has implemented ground-breaking innovations within an organisation.
This award will be presented to someone that has significantly influenced the public sector fleet management industry through great inventions, and or delivering course-changing innovation.
A City Mark Award is given to a Transport Operator for demonstrating a level of best practice that goes beyond just being able to tick boxes to say a process has been implemented or being followed. We are looking for exemplars of best practice in transport management and policy implementation, effectively a role model in Transport Operations that goes the extra mile.
A City Mark Award is given to a Driver for demonstrating a level of best practice and customer care that goes beyond just being a driver of a lorry or van. We are looking for drivers who are clear ambassadors of your company that not only have all of the relevant training, but also are exemplars of customer service.
This person has demonstrated outstanding behaviour or achieved outstanding results that have positively influenced his or her organisation and this has resulted in a significantly improved service to the public within the last 12 months.
This person works for a contractor, which carries out services on behalf of public sector organisations and has a responsibility for fleet.
